Chicken Enchilladas

Okay, we can all agree this nearly as infamous as the banana bread.  Like Kaite said, list your modificaitons you make to the recipe.  I can always say though, it never tastes right unless it has Mom's salsa in it.  When I freeze it, I just freeze the filling and then put it in the shells before cooking it.  Also, leftover turkey tastes really exceptional with this recipe.

Chicken Enchilladas
1 ½ cup cooked chopped chicken or turkey
1 cup picante sauce
4 oz. Cream cheese (1/2 pkg)
½ cup sliced green onion
1 ½ cup shredded cheese
¾ tsp cumin
¼ tsp oregano
10 flour tortillas
Combine all ingredients until cheeses have melted.  Then scoop into flour tortillas and fold and put in pan.  Cook enchiladas for approximately 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until warmed through.  Can top with additional cheese and/or sauce.
