Ingredients:3 c warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
7 c four
2 - 3 cloves garlic
Directions:Mix about 4 c flour, salt and yeast in large bowl. Add water and stir. Add the rest of the flour a cup at a time and knead. Cover and let rise until it doubles. Chop up garlic and let it soak in the olive oil. After rising, roll dough out on pan/stone. Put topings on and then rub the garlicy oil all over the crust.
