Ingredients:First:
1 1/2 Tbl oil
1 cup rice
(Brown the above mixture in large frying pan)
Second:
Add
1 small can tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbl green chilies (I just put in one small can)
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 shakes tobasco
Third:
Add 1 3/4 cup chicken broth to above mixture. Bring to a boil then turn to low and cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
