White Bean Chili

Ingredients:3 cans white beans, drained

2 cups fat-free, low sodium chicken broth

2 cups salsa

2 chicken breasts, shredded

¾ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions:Combine everything EXCEPT the cheese in a crockpot and cook 3 to 4 hours on low (the longer the better J).   Allow to cool just a bit before adding the cheese, serve.

Serving size: 1 cup
