Quick Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3 TBL yeast
    1/2 cup oil
    3/4 cup water
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    2 beaten eggs
    5 1/4 cups flour

1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 TBL cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
raisins

Put 1/3 cup sugar and 1 1/2 tsp salt in bowl.  Heat 3/4 cup buttermilk and 3/4 cup water to warm then add to sugar and salt and stir.  Sprinkle 3 TBL yeast over mixture and let stand 10 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup oil and 2 beaten eggs.  Then add 5 1/4 cups flour and mix to make a soft dough and knead well.  Let rest 10 minutes. Roll out into rectangle.  Put 1/4 cup melted butter over dough and sprinkle with 1 1/2 TBL cinnamon and 1/2 cup brown sugar and raisins.

Roll and cut, place on baking sheet and let rest for 10-15 minutes.   Bake 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.  Frost while warm.
