1 cup brown sugar
1/2 TBL pepper
1 TBL paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 TBL garlic powder
Mix all together and rub generously on pork ribs. Marinate for 2 hours then cook in the instant pot. It has a great sweet heat taste to it.
