3/4 c. semi- sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 5 oz. can evaporated milk (about 2/3 c.)
Melt chocolate and butter in sauce pan. Whisk in sugar. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil and then turn to low. Boil over low for 8 minutes.
