Cafe Rio Pork

10 lb Pork Loin
56 oz Salsa
40 oz Coke (can use Coke zero caffeine free)
5 c Brown Sugar (2 lb)
Cook tenderloin in a small amount of water overnight, remove from pan, allow to cook then shred. Mix remaining ingredients and add shredded pork. Cook for several hours.
