Stephenie's Corn Bread

1 c milk 1/4 c melted butter 1 egg 1 1/4 c corn meal 1 c flour 1/2 c sugar 1 Tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Heat oven to 400. Grease an 8 x 8 pan. Beat milk, butter, egg in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake 20-25 min
