Cream cheese chicken over rice (or noodles)

4-5 frozen chicken breast (about 2 lbs) 3 small cans of cream of chicken soup 1 packet of Italian seasoning (like for making salad dressing) 1 block of cream cheese Cook on low in the crockpot all day and chicken will easily shred. Serve over rice or spaghetti noodles.
